When does registration open and end?
Registration will begin on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Registration will end when the event is sold out or by November 25, 2024.

What is the cost per person?
The cost is $100.00 for:
- Active members on Oahu in Bargaining Units 6 and 15
- Active members of the Managerial & Confidential Employees Chapter (MCEC)
- HGEA members of the Hawaii, Kauai, or Maui Island Divisions
- Associate HGEA Members
- Retiree HGEA Members
- Non-Members
The cost is $60.00 for those who are:
- Active members on Oahu in Bargaining Unit 3 (Limited to First 100 registrants)
- Active members on Oahu in Bargaining Unit 14
The cost is $50.00 for those who are:
- Active members on Oahu in Bargaining Units 2
- Active members on Oahu in Bargaining Unit 4 (Limited to First 25 registrants)
- Active members on Oahu in Bargaining Unit 9 (Limited to First 20 registrants)
- Active members on Oahu in Bargaining Unit 13
The cost is $40.00 for those who are:
- Active members on Oahu in Bargaining Unit 8 (Limited to First 14 registrants)
Why are some members paying less than others?
The full price per person is $100.00. Those who are subject to a lower rate are paying less because the remaining cost is being subsidized by their respective unit.
Will I get a discount if I purchase enough seats to fill a whole table?
You will not receive a discount; however, you and your guests are guaranteed to be on the same table.
I want to sit next to another group of people. How can I make that request?
Use the Seating/Table request field below. Seating or table assignments near another person is not guaranteed; however, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Someone is paying for my seat. Do I still need to RSVP?
No.
Can I bring my children to this event?
For liability purposes, this event is open to individuals age 21 and over.
How many people can sit on one table?
The tables can sit 10 people.
How can I RSVP for a guest that is already paid for, or is paying on their own?
Please indicate that you want to sit with this person in the Seating/Table request field.
What if I want to split payment with another person?
The online form will only allow one form of payment per transaction. Each of you will need to RSVP separately and indicate in the Seating/Table Request field that you want to sit together.
