With over two decades of experience in the field, Dispatchers Davlynn Racadio and Melia Johnson, Unit 4 members, have been the lifesaving voice behind the scenes.
They were instrumental in coordinating the 2023 Maui Wildfires emergency response with their team, handling over 4,000 calls in a 24-hour period. In recognition of their extraordinary service, Maui 911 received the Outstanding Call Center award at the 2024 annual 911 Honor Awards in Washington, D.C.
