Every Vote Counts, Even Yours
Casting a ballot in union elections is one of the most important acts you can make as a member.
HGEA’s state Board of Directors is responsible for addressing issues that impact every member directly, from the halls of the Legislature to the unit negotiation table.
Your vote is important. That’s why we’re making it easy than ever to cast it.

Casting a Ballot Has Never Been Easier
We’ve transitioned from mailed ballots to online voting.
Our third-party, secure election vendor offers multiple ways for you to cast a vote. HGEA places the highest priority on the secrecy and security of our election, while making voting more convenient than ever.
